Chelsea and ex England captain John Terry wants one year extention on his contract. John Terry has made 656 appearances in 16 years for the Premier League leaders.
His contract runs out at the end of the season but the Chelsea captain is optimistic about his one year contract extention. The 34 year old said he will be happy to get one year and see how things go.
Terry made his first team debut for the club in October 1998 and became their captain at the start of the 2004/2005 campaign after replacing former club captain Marcel Desailly.
He is the most successful captain in the club's history, having led Chelsea to three Premier League titles, a Champions League success, four FA Cups and two League Cups.
