Bayern are now 11 points clear at the top of the Bundesliga table above 2nd place VfL Wolfsburg.
Goals from Bastian Schweinsteiger, Franck Ribéry, Arjen Robben and Robert Lewandowski secured their 3 points despite Anthony Ujah's consolation.
